Enquiries and quotations
Website and WhatsApp conversations are enquiries, not confirmed reservations. A quotation remains subject to availability until Megee confirms the arrangements in writing.
Your booking
Your booking becomes confirmed only after you accept the written proposal and complete any payment stated in that proposal. The names, dates and traveller details you provide must be accurate.
Prices and payments
Prices are based on the services, dates, group size and currency shown in your quotation. Any deposit, balance date, payment method and non-refundable supplier costs will be stated before you confirm.
Changes and cancellations
Tell Nisala as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. The conditions and charges disclosed with your quotation will apply, including charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, parks and other suppliers.
Changes outside our control
Weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, rail operations, park closures and other events can require sensible itinerary changes. Megee will help arrange the best practical alternative, but cannot guarantee wildlife sightings, train operations or uninterrupted access.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and following local laws and safety guidance. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
